ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce that Anhydro Group has employed Kim Højby Christiansen as CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) as per 1 December 2008.

Anhydro Group has decided to put emphasis on the global procurement. Kim Højby Christiansen will be responsible for the global procurement within the Anhydro Group and work from Holding in Søborg, Denmark.

Kim H. Christiansen is 46 years and holds an engineering diploma. He comes from a position with F.L.Smidth A/S as General Manager, Head of Procurement and has many years of experience from QA/QC and Procurement on management level in F.L. Smidth. This included 3 years as QA/QC Manager at F.L.Smidth-Mexico and 3 years as Procurement Manager at F.L.Smidth-Brazil.
